Grupotel Maritimo - Port de Alcudia (Mallorca)

Great staff who provided friendly and professional service.

My check-in experience was very frustrating as I had to wait for 1.5 hours, which seemed like a bad start to my stay. The room was fine but lacked sufficient storage for my belongings was good. Worst of all, I discovered that there was a lack of attention to detail when housekeeping missed refilling my soap for several days, leading me to informally handle it myself.

The hotel is definetely not a 4 star establishment and it merely compares to 3 stars hotels in Majorca or anywhere else in the world. During my stay I encountered the worse customer service I have been across in all my life. Rooms are really small and most of them face a very busy & noisy road. The wifi did not cover my room and anyway to use it the hotels charges 3 euros per hour. Breakfast is poor.

The room was wonderfully decorated and with spacious showers, a '' garden '' view, Wi-Fi.

Awesome food quality!

The food was very good. Cleanliness was excellent.

The airconditioning in the Restaurant was not functioning correctly. Some night it was fine and other nights we had to rush dinner to get our of the heat. It spoiled the whole concept of relaxing over a nice evening meal. Most people were sweating and mopping their brows. This was not as one would from a 4 star hotel. While the food was good this spoiled the evening meal. Reception staff were not really friendly or helpfull to guests.

The staff are as always very friendly and helpful.The food is very good with a great selection, the rooms are clean and comfortable,the whole place has a good atmosphere.

The only slight minus is the main dining room could do with more air conditioning,

We loved the spacious playground and lovely gardens where our pet felt at home. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools, perfect for our family to enjoy some fun in the sun. My wife appreciated the excellent selection of food served at every meal!

My children wished the Wi-Fi was stronger.

the rooms were spotless where the wifi worked better, the staff were very good and courteous. the breakfast was fantastic with delicious fruits and bakery, as for instance. the location was beachfront, brilliant by ferry from menorca.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The food at dinner is usually great and showcases a variety of local flavors.

The outdoor pools are a bit cold, even during the warmer months.

Very clean - fantastic breakfast.

However, rooms are too small and too much noise - poorly soundprof.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a fantastic location near the beach, just a short stroll away, and many nearby restaurants and supermarkets for convenience.

Everything met my expectations.
